• Two Client/Planner meetings of 2 hours
• One hour for rehearsal week of wedding
• Unlimited calls, texts, emails prior wedding
• Wedding day coverage (8 hours max)
• Personal attention to all wedding details on wedding day
• Vendor selection assistance (if needed/desired)
• Coordination /direction/supervison of ceremony, reception and send off
• Guidance with ceremony order
• Guidance with cermony and reception layout
• Coordinate with D.J for grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, toasts, send off
• Guide wedding party and family
• Direct guests
• Thirty minutes supervison of beginning tear down

Partial Planning

All of "Month of Coordinating" plus:

• Four client/planner meetings of two hours

• Wedding day coverage - 4 extra hours

• Arrive when doors open on wedding day & stay until 30 minutes after send off

• Coordinate with vendors on expectations & time lines

• Budget planning

• Guidance with setup and tear down of wedding/reception (2 hours max day of wedding)

• Up to 8 hours of guidance of setup day before wedding
